The portal displays all the available courses offered by the school along with their respective intakes. This information is automatically collected from the Education Portal and the SMS, ensuring up-to-date and accurate course details are available for agents and the enrolment team.
Agent Application Management
The portal allows agents to lodge applications on behalf of students. Using the portal, agents can:
• Select the desired course and intake.
• Complete the application form.
• Upload all required documents for the student visa application.
Administration Tools
The administration team can access and manage submitted applications efficiently. Key functionalities include:
• Reviewing and processing applications.
• Assigning unique student ID numbers.
• Generating Letters of Offer (LoO) and Confirmations of Enrolment (CoE) for successful applicants.
• Generating reports to track the number of applications submitted by agents or agencies for performance analysis and decision-making.
